Open the given link and download both files (size: almost 2gb). One is apk and second is obb file. Obb file contain all the grafics of  game. If you don’t download obb file, the game show the given error.

After download both files, first install the app. After installation, go to the zarhver, go to the download folder. Find the obb file and hold the file for 3 second. You see the move button. Click and go to the andriod folder, than go to the obb folder, and at the last go the “com.rockstargames.gtavc”. If “com.rockstargames.gtavc” is not show, create a new folder with this name.
